As per the survey conducted by Royal College of Psychiatrists, London, the report reveals that 1 among 10 people suffers with continued tiredness and women are ahead of men in this problem. • Chronic Fatigue Syndromes: - This bewildered situation results to the sudden fatigue in the body. People suffering from this syndrome face difficulty while performing daily duties and have less stamina to perform arduous task.
• Unhealthy Lifestyle: - Body efficiency depends upon the lifestyle of a person. Consuming alcohol and having bad food makes body vulnerable to whole day tiredness.
